BLOKHUS, DENMARK, July 28 (Xinhua) -- The world's tallest sandcastle has been unveiled in Blokhus, north of Jutland in Denmark.


Towering 21.16 meters high, the sandcastle built by the Dutch designer Wilfred Stijger is over 3 meters higher than the previous Guinness record made in Germany in 2019.


A total of 4,860 tonnes of sand from Denmark has been used to build the castle as 30 others of the world's most talented sand sculptors have worked together with Wilfred Stijger to make the new record happen.
